This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our website at www.tracense.com (“Website”) and any of our related services, including any associated mobile application, along with any related software or Company servers (collectively, the “Services”) and outlines our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. We want to be transparent about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information. This policy applies to information we collect:

- Children Under the Age of 18
The Services is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 should provide any information to or on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. - Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, including personal data and personal information. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

- We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
- To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you.
