Major General (Ret.) Noam Tibon

Chief Executive Officer
Major General Tibon served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for 35 years, specializing in combat operations and counter terrorism. He began his distinguished military career in the IDF special forces, and later held a number of senior command positions, including – Commander of: the 202 Paratroopers Battalion, the Nahal Brigade and the West Bank Division. His last position was Commander of the Northern Formation, where he was responsible for securing Israel’s northern border with Lebanon. Major General Tibon is one of Israel’s top experts on counter terrorism, a field in which he has advised local and international companies since his retirement from the IDF in 2015. Major General Tibon holds an MA degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, and a BA degree in History (Summa Cum Laude) from Haifa University in Israel. He is also a graduate (Summa Cum Laude) of the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College.

Accomplished executive with over 20+ years of proven success in leading both domestic and international business development initiatives within the mechanical and industrial engineering, transportation safety and public security segments. As a Senior Business Development Executive with 3M, Nir held several key positions for 3M including: Managing Director for 3M Israel, Global Business Director for 3M Public Security, and US Business Director for Traffic Safety division. Nir offers extensive experience in leading global sales and marketing initiatives across multiple regions and countries. His expertise includes developing and managing C-level relationships, developing business strategies, portfolio roadmaps, system service models for customers, generating new business, penetrating new markets, and maximizing client retention, sales, and growth. Nir holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Marketing from Ono Academic College in Israel. Nir is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and sufficient in Agile Scrum methodology. Nir is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Israel Defense Force and fluent both in Hebrew and English.

Dr. Moti Albo

Chief Technology Officer
Over 25 years of experience in technology and business-oriented management positions, Moti is experienced in multidisciplinary system development and complex project management. A highly creative and motivated person with excellent interpersonal relations. Moti received his Ph.D. in electronics engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.

Lot. Col. (Ret.) Ohad Yassaf

Chief Security Officer
With over 20 years of experience working in the HLS industry including global and local companies in various management positions, Ohad has experience with monitoring border crossings, implementing and integrating security technology, training and supervising, design security array for the gas and oil industry, airports, maritime, stadiums, safe city, and command & control rooms. Besides knowledge and experience in the field of explosives detection, Ohad is well familiar with adjusting technologies to relevant threats, risk assessment methodology, monitoring equipment for suspected personnel and all security technologies in airports, maritime and land border crossings. As a head of unique security units in Ben Gurion Airport, Ashdod Maritime port and manager in several security companies Ohad is well familiar with the needs, operation and relevant security technology deployed in the facility.

Prof. Fernando Patolsky

Chief Scientific Officer
Fernando attended the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for his undergraduate and graduate education, and graduated with honors in Chemistry. After postdoctoral research at Harvard University, he returned to Israel in 2006 to assume a position of Associate Professor at Tel Aviv University. Patolsky is mainly interested in exploring the properties of new nanomaterials, in the development of methods for hierarchical assembly of nanoscale wires, and in the interface between such materials and biological-chemical components. Patolsky’s work has been recognized by a number of awards including the Tel Aviv University Applied Sciences Award (2009), the Alon Fellowship award (2006) and the Schmidt Prize (2005). He has published over 70 highly cited papers in peer-reviewed journals, and has more than 20 submitted patents. In addition, Patolsky is also the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Nanobiotechnology.

Orit Lidor

General Counsel
Orit serves as the external general Counsel for Tracense. Orit is a partner in Net Capital Ventures from 2016, where she leads its legal and business development activities. Previously Orit served as VP & General Counsel of Clal Biotechnology Industries Ltd. (TASE: CBI) where she was responsible for all of the company’s legal aspects. In her position, Orit led CBI’s M&A and fund-raising activities as well as the legal forming of Anatomy (CBI’s medical device fund) and its various investments. Prior to CBI, Orit served as the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Eden Springs, the mineral water group. In that position, Orit oversaw Eden’s equity investment by Och Ziff Capital as well as other complicated financial transactions with RBS, ING, Bank Hapoalim and Bank Discount. Orit also oversaw strategic M&A transactions with the Danone Group and the Nestle Group and numerous other M&A transactions. Orit holds a L.L.B from Tel-Aviv University (Magna Cum Laude) and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. Orit is fluent both in Hebrew and English

Jacob Brenner

Jakob Brenner

Chief Operating Officer
With over 20 years of experience working both in starts-ups and global companies, Jakob is a visionary executive who combines business acumen with operational expertise in multidisciplinary technical systems. He has extensive experience in operations (from prototype to mass production), and coordination and managing of cross-functional teams through the product life-cycle process including supply-chain, engineering, budgets and cost reduction.

Jakob has worked in the medical device, aerospace and consumer goods industries, including a role as VP Operations for Shenpaz dental furnaces, supporting their establishment as a leading global player in the dental lab industry. In addition, he was Senior Operations manager at Orsan Medical, a start-up that developed the first continuous, real-time, non-invasive nlCP brain monitor. As such, he has a proven ability to lead successfully implemented major operations processes, establishing and leading operations arrays in fast-growing companies.

Jakob holds an MBA degree focused on business strategy, and a BSc in industrial engineering and management focused on manufacturing.

His continuous contribution and decision making skills come to light in invaluable technological, marketing and commercial insights.

Roni Naftali

An accomplished business man in multiple fields. In 1982 Mr. Naftali founded with his brothers “Eden Springs” – the largest mineral water company in Israel, where he served as active chairman and chief executive officer. Roni and his brother Yehuda own “Big” Commercial Centers”. He studied Economics and Statistics at the Tel Aviv University between 72-75 and then worked five years as an analyst with Bank Hapoalim. Roni served in the IDF in a regular armored cruiser and actively participated in the Six Day and Yom Kippur Wars.

Mr. Ben-Eliezer is the co-founder and managing partner of WINNOVATION, Sami Sagol’s private equity fund and has a long and unique leadership track record in Israel’s high-tech community. Barak is the former commander of the Israel’s Defense Forces’ elite TALPIOT Program, he is also one of the founders of the “President’s Program for Nurturing Israel’s Future Scientists and Inventors.” Barak founded the “Einstein Network” – a global network for the future of mankind, and was a special advisor in the fields of strategy and technology to the Police Commissioner and to the National Security Council. Previously, Barak was the vice president of XIV before its acquisition by IBM. He holds a BSc in mathematics, physics and computers from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Gen. Yakuel is a retired Commander in the Israel Police. Past positions include Chief Explosives Officer, Head of the Technology Administration, Head of Logistic Support Department and Head of Planning and Organization. He served during the first intifada and terrorist attacks after the Oslo Accords. During his service took part in the negotiating team in the peace process with Jordan and the Palestinian Authority representatives. He also played a key role in the establishment of the Ministry of Strategy and Resources. Arik is involved in a range of leadership positions in HLS companies and he frequently lectures in Israel and abroad on the subject of counter-terrorism. He holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
