Eli Sivan

| Chairman of the Board

Mr. Eli Sivan brings over 45 years of worldwide business experience in management, investments and M&A, mainly in the chemicals, grains and maritime shipping industries. Mr. Sivan has actively led the Board of Directors of Tracense since inception, leading it to its current status. His continuous contribution and decision making skills come to light in invaluable technological, marketing and commercial insights.


Roni Naftali

| Director

An accomplished business man in multiple fields. In 1982 Mr. Naftali founded with his brothers “Eden Springs” – the largest mineral water company in Israel, where he served as active chairman and chief executive officer. Roni and his brother Yehuda own “Big” Commercial Centers”. He studied Economics and Statistics at the Tel Aviv University between 72-75 and then worked five years as an analyst with Bank Hapoalim. Roni served in the IDF in a regular armored cruiser and actively participated in the Six Day and Yom Kippur Wars.


Adv. Giora Erdinast

Founder and Managing Partner of the prestigious the Tel-Aviv law firm of Erdinast Ben Nathan & Co. Mr. Erdinast specializes in commercial litigation, arbitration, commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets, class actions, administrative law, and antitrust. His practice includes, inter alia, representation of corporations in legal disputes relating to all areas of commercial law; representation of corporations in Israel and abroad in M&A transactions, friendly and hostile take-overs, public offerings in Israel and abroad, and private placements; representation of corporations and other legal entities before government agencies, including the Commissioner of the Antitrust; and class action litigation.


Miko Gilat

| Director

Mr. Gilat is the chairman and co-owner of the MIKAL GROUP. Mikal is a holding company of various industrial, financial and High-Tech companies and startups. Until recently Mikal owned substantial Israeli defense companies such as Soltam, ITL and Saymar that were sold to Elbit systems in October 2010 for $100 million.  Before that he worked for 17 years in Israel Military Industries (IMI) at various positions including V.P. marketing. Mr. Gilat holds an MBA degree in marketing from New York University (NYU), and a BA degree in economics from Tel-Aviv University.


Barak Ben Eliezer

| Director

Mr. Ben-Eliezer is the co-founder and managing partner of WINNOVATION, Sami Sagol’s private equity fund and has a long and unique leadership track record in Israel’s high-tech community. Barak is the former commander of the Israel’s Defense Forces’ elite TALPIOT Program, he is also one of the founders of the “President’s Program for Nurturing Israel’s Future Scientists and Inventors.” Barak founded the “Einstein Network” – a global network for the future of mankind, and was a special advisor in the fields of strategy and technology to the Police Commissioner and to the National Security Council. Previously, Barak was the vice president of XIV before its acquisition by IBM. He holds a BSc in mathematics, physics and computers from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.


Gal Sivan

| Director

General Manager of the DGS Group. An importer and trader of grains and dry bulk freight provider. The group is also active in various private start ups investments across various verticals. Formerly vice president in, a leading e-commerce site, bought by eBay. Gal hodls a B.Sc. in Industrial Eng and Management and MA in Business from Ben-Gurion University, Beer Sheva.
